Recovery meal

After my long run for newton challenge 2012 last weekend, time for recovery plan. Bought some chocolate milk, whole grain bread and peanut butter to supply protein for myself and muscle recovery.
First time trying the new peanut butter jam and it was disappointed. Still the skippy taste better but not sure anyone notice that the skippy jam from NTUC , the price is hiking every year :(
