Where to 'Makan' (Eat) in Melaka (Malacca)

Been dragging for so long to post the details about my Sep trip to Malacca. Been too busy with both work and life.
I would like to share with all the places where you can hangout in Malacca and places where you can get food.
Everytime I went to Melaka, two places I will and must visit for food. The chicken rice (the Chung Wah coffee shop) and Calanthe Art Cafe for coffee.
There are a few places selling the chicken rice ball in Melaka Jalan Hang Jebat but the most famous is the Chung Wah Coffee shop where the chicken taste so good (without smells) but beware for the long queue during lunch time.
For the Calanthe Art Cafe at Jalan Hang Kasturi, I always like to drop by to have different type of coffee as they are famous with the 13 states coffee from Malaysia. [google plus for Calanthe Art Cafe].
Besides this two places, you always can get nice food at Jonker walk at Jalan Hang Jebat during night time. If you do not have any own transportation to go around but still would like to try out the local 'lok lok', you can get it from a mini van near the entrance of Jonker walk. The price is expensive compare with others 'lok lok' shops along Jalan Ong Kim Wee but still, worth to give it a try. You also can get some local food from the Jonker walk street and if you go around the near by few streets such as Jalan Hang Kasturi, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lok, there are plenty of cafe and restaurant.
